Bathrooms: Shower screens, cleanliness and comfort<\/h3>\n

One of the most notable aspects of the new regulations is the difference between light commercial vehicles and vans in terms of bathroom fittings.<\/p>\n

    In holiday apartments (AT), shower screens or bath screens are mandatory.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    In holiday rental properties, although it is not a legal requirement, their installation is strongly recommended for reasons of hygiene, functionality and the guest experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In addition, bathrooms must be equipped with a mirror, towel rails, a coat hook and storage units, as well as clean bathroom linen in good condition.<\/p>\n

    Air conditioning: comfort all year round<\/h3>\n

    In both AT and VUT, the property must be equipped with heating and cooling systems that function properly in all rooms, both in summer and winter.<\/strong> It is not simply a matter of having a fan in August or a heater in January: we are talking about effective solutions tailored to seasonal temperatures<\/strong>, such as heat pump air conditioners, efficient radiators or centralised systems. <\/p>\n
