Our contracts
Rental Only
- This includes all guest-related tourism services (booking management, handing over and collecting keys, cleaning, damage checks, etc.)
- There is no charge for this contract; the €24/month will only be payable if, at the end of the year, the net annual rental fees do not exceed €1,000
- It does not cover any additional services or work
- Travel costs are not included
Basic
- A monthly inspection of the property is carried out. Minor jobs taking less than 15 minutes are not included in the service.
- 5% discount on purchases, installations and building work.

Full
- A fortnightly inspection of the property is carried out, and any tasks taking less than 15 minutes are included in the service.
- 10% discount on purchases, installations and building work.

Full + gardens and swimming pools

- Travel included
* You do not need to have a tenancy agreement to have a maintenance contract for gardens and swimming pools.
* If a maintenance contract is taken out in addition to the rental agreement, the price payable will be that corresponding to the maintenance contract
Employment Services

Delivery, collection and assistance (minimum 15 minutes).

We offer an accounting service that handles matters relating to VAT (for both Spanish and foreign nationals) and non-resident income tax (if you are not resident in Spain).
