Types of contract

VUT – Holiday accommodation
Accommodation situated on land zoned for residential use, where accommodation services are to be provided on a regular basis for tourist purposes in return for payment.

AT – Touristic apartment
Accommodation that is not classified as residential because it is built on land zoned for leisure and hotel use, or if the owner owns three or more properties used for tourist accommodation within a radius of 1,000 metres.
