To qualify for this type of contract, an internal review is always necessary to provide the appropriate proposal for each property.

Additionally, to keep track of your property’s booking calendar, you’ll have access to an owner intranet where you can view upcoming guest reservations and block periods for your own use. With each confirmed guest booking, you’ll receive an email with information about the stay dates, number of guests, and the amount you’ll receive for that reservation.

Additionally, we offer extra services such as a maintenance service (basic or full), regardless of whether a tourist rental contract is signed, and additional accounting services for our clients, etc.

In addition to positioning your tourist apartments on major international portals like Booking, Airbnb, or Vrbo, we also have our own booking portal: Huelva Holiday, the largest portal in the province (which channels over 45% of our direct bookings). This allows us greater control, more competitive prices, and year-round occupancy.

As part of our full-service holiday rental management, our team takes complete care of your property. We also offer specific maintenance plans (such as monthly inspections) to ensure your tourist apartments in Ayamonte, Isla Canela, Punta del Moral or Costa Esuri are always kept in optimal condition, protecting your investment.

If you haven’t signed up for any maintenance service, that doesn’t mean it won’t be checked; it’s just that having a maintenance service in place helps make inspections more preventive and proactive, especially in the low season when occupancy drops and bookings are more spread out.
